2. B2B Scope of Service
This online store is intended exclusively for business customers and professionals (B2B).

Sales to private consumers are not accepted.

By placing an order on this website, the customer declares that:

  • They are acting as a company, professional, or organization

  • The purchase is made for business purposes

  • A valid VAT/NIF identification may be required at checkout

As transactions occur exclusively between professionals, consumer protection rules such as the right of withdrawal provided for consumer contracts do not apply.

4. Products & Descriptions

Our products are handcrafted ceramic pieces.
Because of their handmade nature, minor variations in size, shape, or color may occur. These are not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€).

We may update prices without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment provider Ifthenpay and any other methods made available on the website.

Invoices will be issued to the details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply correct fiscal information, including VAT number for intra-EU transactions.

We do not store payment information.

6. Orders & Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability
  • Cancel orders if payment fails
  • Reject orders suspected of fraud or misuse
7. Shipping
Orders are delivered using carriers selected and contracted by Alcobarro.

Responsibility for the goods remains with Alcobarro until the order is delivered to the customer at the agreed address.

In the event of loss or damage during transport, Alcobarro will manage the claim with the carrier and provide the customer with a replacement or credit according to the Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Returns & Damages

As this store operates exclusively in B2B, the consumer right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 and Portuguese DL 24/2014 is not applicable.

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic goods, Alcobarro does not accept physical returns.

If an item arrives damaged, customers may request:

  • A replacement (if in stock), or
  • Store credit equal to the item value
  • Full details are listed in our Shipping & Returns policy.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, text, logos, and product designs on this website are the property of Alcobarro and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Alcobarro is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Damages related to improper product use
  • Losses due to website downtime, errors, or external factors
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from purchases made through Alcobarro will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal, or, where applicable, in the competent courts within the European Union.

As this service is provided exclusively to business customers, the Alternative Dispute Resolution for consumer conflicts (RAL) regime is not applicable.
