Orders are shipped using logistics partners contracted by Alcobarro, managed via the Eurosender platform and other selected professional carriers specialized in the transport of fragile goods.

29.99€ flat-rate shipping for orders under 300€
Shipping charges are displayed and confirmed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the destination.
Most orders arrive within one week after dispatch.
5. Packaging
We use premium protective packaging specifically designed to safeguard ceramic items during transportation.
Each product is carefully wrapped and cushioned for maximum safety.
6. Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
7. Transport Responsibility
As Alcobarro selects and contracts the carrier, responsibility for the goods remains with Alcobarro until delivery to the customer’s address.
In the event of loss or damage during transport, Alcobarro will manage the claim with the carrier and provide a solution according to the policy below.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The inner and outer packaging
- The shipping label
- Once verified, Alcobarro will offer:
- A free replacement (if available in stock), or
- Store credit equal to the value of the damaged item
- Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise.

Items damaged after use or due to improper handling
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or transit and cancellation may no longer be possible.
